Welcome to 4Wall Las Vegas!

We are excited that you have chosen 4Wall and our warehouse to assist you with your event. If we haven't had the chance to meet in person, I am Catherine Pratt, Prep Coordinator. During your time here, my goal is to help you get everything you need ready to go. Whether that is helping to make sure all your gear is in your prep area, communicating your needs to the rest of the shop, or getting your some 4Wall tee shirts, I want to make sure that you are confident knowing that your needs are being met.
 
As you start on your prep process, we have a few systems in place to ensure that you are able to accomplish your goals while in the warehouse. If for some reason you have gear missing from your area, I will keep communication open, so you are aware and know when to expect the gear to arrive. If you find that you are short additional items or something got miscounted during staging, please let me know right away so I can resolve these issues.

We know and understand sometimes a few things get missed when orders are created. If this happens, let your project manager or local liaison know. They will work to update the order while I go around to departments to inform them of the adds. 

As you get ready to load the trucks, our shop foreman and logistics manager will work with you to get you dock space and ensure the correct truck is stationed at our docks ready to load. If needed, our three loading docks have staging areas painted out to the size of both a 26' box truck and semi-trailer, allowing you to figure out the best pack configuration before pushing it onto the trailer.
