Hollywood Bowl Amphitheater

4Wall Los Angeles provided the rental lighting package for the 2012 season at the Hollywood Bowl, the largest natural outdoor amphitheatre in the United States.

A classic Los Angeles venue, the Hollywood Bowl hosts the LA Philharmonic in addition to some of the biggest names in music throughout the summer season.  With themed performances happening almost every day, enthusiasts of every music type- Jazz, Classical, Pop, and more- can enjoy performances under the stars.  This year’s summer performers have included the Dave Matthews Band, Brian Setzer Orchestra, Norah Jones, and Aerosmith.

Production Director Paul Geller asked 4Wall LA to provide a versatile lighting package that would accommodate the many performers and styles on stage during the season.  In addition to staples such as ETC Source Four Ellipsoidals, Geller chose Martin and Vari*Lite moving lights to create a well-balanced gear list that would last the summer season.

Geller spoke of choosing 4Wall for the Hollywood Bowl season, saying:
