General Summary
The VP of Procurement and Analysis will serve as the primary point of contact for the purchasing team and provide leadership for all aspects of purchasing, vendor management, and expense management of the organization and all its locations. They are responsible for ensuring the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the purchasing and operational processes process within the organization. This involves setting purchasing policies, setting/reviewing sales stock reorder points, analyzing costs/expenses in all locations, supervising the purchasing team and overall management of the purchasing process.
Responsibilities of the Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organization Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO, Senior VP of Operations and Product Strategy, and VP of Operations and Integration on any national Standard Operating Procedures and standards that need to be implemented within the company
- Plan, organize, facilitate, attend and/or participate in various department, financial, and budget meetings.
- Ensure compliance of all purchasing SOPs
Personal Responsibilities
- Responsible for cost analysis, control, and budgeting for certain line items across the company, in addition to overseeing all purchasing functions companywide.
- Ensure accuracy of the sales inventory in RW. Work with stock room clerks and ICMs to manage accurate inventory and set reasonable reorder points that service the location but don’t exceed needs.
- Work with locations on Sales cage re-order points and purchasing as required
- Report to 4Wall executive management team on areas of concerns, recommendations, and action plans related to procurement and expense management. Work with RGMs, GMs, and Operations Managers to implement cost-saving strategies and procedures.
- Reviewing expenses for efficiency, inaccuracies, and budget impact.
- Planning and forecasting purchasing needs and cost impacts to the organization.
- Suggest new vendor opportunities in both local and national markets, including suggestions for nationalization of certain budget items or vendors.

My Team Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead and direct all purchasing agents
- Actively participate in the interviewing, selection and hiring, training and cross training, performance management, resolving problems, and recommending discipline and/or termination when appropriate, in coordination with HR, of all staff members when necessary
- Motivate and develop a strong team environment within the procurement team
- Actively encourage and participate with employee engagement and culture building initiatives
- Ensure that all employees, vendors, outside contractors, etc are operating all job tasks, functions and equipment in a safe manner per company policy and that meets OSHA standards and other government or regulatory requirements. Ensure that employees feel conformable reporting any work place related hazards or concerns
- Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall employees.
- Build proactive and cost effective relationships with outside vendors to maximize 4Wall purchasing power and reputation in the market.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in supervisory and leadership experience managing various types of teams.
- Minimum of 5+ year’s experience in purchasing/procurement
- Must have a clear understanding and proven track records of operating, leading a business from all aspects with an emphasis on procurement.
- Must possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to speak with poise
- Must possess excellent training skills
- Must have exceptional leadership skills and ability to direct, coach, mentor and develop
- Must be a strong motivator, with ability to execute strategic direction for the team within the company
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to sit regularly. The employee may choose to stand and move within their work area. Regular use of Computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled environment set for general comfort.

- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
