Training Lead

General Summary
The Training Lead is responsible for training shop employees throughout all 4Wall locations, as directed by the Director of Training. This includes traveling to various 4Wall locations, as needed, to complete training on specific topics/equipment.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Maintain a high degree or readiness to support Operations across the organization.
- Train employees on corporate-wide policies and procedures which will promote work standardization and consistency across the organization.
Personal Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting training for shop employees, as required.
- Visits locations frequently to conduct training sessions and assist with training questions and concerns, etc.
- Be up-to-date on SOPs, the Brand Book, and equipment/technologies to be a subject matter expert for specific equipment/topics.
- Assist the Director of Training with evaluating training needs in each location.
- Evaluate that SOPs/procedures are being adhered to following training sessions.
- Assist the Director of Training in coordinating with the GMs, Operations Managers, and Inventory Control Teams to assess weaknesses in the shop departments and address them.
- Help create new SOP's and departmental training materials.
- Actively work in the departments, as needed, to lead by example, assist during busier times, and assess potential training needs.
- Assist with onboarding new employees as well as acquisition.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Regularly participate in meetings, company events and initiatives
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor.
Key Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of 4Wall departments, SOPs, and the Brand Book
- Experience training on various equipment
- Must possess great attention to details
- Ability to project manage
- Must possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong ability to speak with poise
- Must have the ability to direct, coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must regularly push, pull, bend, climb, reach, twist, and kneel as well as lift and/or move 50 pounds, while training. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
