VP OF SYSTEMS INTEGRATION SALES

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Summary 

The VP of Systems Integration Sales is responsible for developing new business opportunities for 4Wall Entertainment on a national level.  Strengthen client relationships while providing service and support for system integration projects and new sales.  International projects may be considered, pursued and executed. 

Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to establish national Systems sales objectives, forecasts, budgets, and strategies. 
  • Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company-wide initiatives.  
  • Ensure compliance of brand standard procedures and policies.
  • Ensure company’s reputation and corporate values are upheld and enhanced.

Personal Responsibilities

  • Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for Systems sales.    
  • Plan, organize, facilitate, attend, and/or participate in sales meetings. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the location and company-wide.
  • Analyzing of client needs, quoting prices, preparing the contract and closing orders 
  • Establish and maintain strategic business relationships
  • Conduct regular analysis of customer performance to understand what is working, and where counter measures are required.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining current customer base.
  • Develop, deploy and manage successful sales promotions and incentive programs to drive sustained revenue growth
  • Evaluating and reporting on lost sales activity.
  • Communicating the equipment and services contracted to all 4Wall departments to ensure all details of the sale are covered
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Team Responsibilities

  • Conduct product training sessions and support customer field sales activities to help 4Wall Entertainment sales team become better ambassadors and more effective selling 4Wall Entertainment products (i.e. where and how).
  • Effectively communicate customer needs, competitor activities and other market trends to the various 4Wall Entertainment functional stakeholders. Become an advocate for 4Wall Entertainment and work collaboratively with 4Wall Entertainment team to fulfill identified needs.
  • Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees. 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred  (entertainment design/technology and/or sales, marketing, business administration)
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience
  • Successful track record of creating sales growth at or above target margins
  • Extensive list of contacts within the industry  
  • Vast knowledge of the respective local markets and regions
  • Familiarity with entertainment lighting, video, audio, and other special event equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel
  • Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills which drives revenue
  • Strong PC skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
  • Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.

Physical Requirements

The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.

Availability

  • Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.

  • Position will require up to (50-75%) travel
