Doug MacKenzie, Alicia Bowers & Ami-Jo Mazur Promoted to New Leadership Roles at 4Wall

Las Vegas, NV - 4Wall Entertainment, a leading provider of entertainment equipment rentals, sales, and production services, is pleased to announce the promotions of Doug MacKenzie, Alicia Bowers, and Ami-Jo Mazur to new leadership roles within the company. Their extensive experience and dedication will further strengthen operations and procurement strategies across multiple locations.

Doug MacKenzie has been promoted to Vice President of Procurement and Efficiency. Since joining 4Wall in October 2002, Doug has held several roles, including most recently General Manager of the DC location. His deep knowledge of 4Wall's operations makes him an ideal fit for this position, where he will oversee purchasing, vendor management, and expense management while analyzing efficiency and cost-effectiveness across procurement and operational processes.

"I look forward to using my experience to assist all levels of management in increasing 4Wall's efficiency." said MacKenzie.

Alicia Bowers has been promoted to General Manager for the DC location. She joined 4Wall through the Atmosphere acquisition in 2023 and played a critical role in merging 4Wall's Columbia and Silver Spring locations into the Hyattsville facility. Alicia has been instrumental in integrating teams, streamlining operations, and expanding her expertise across rentals, sales, and production, making her well-prepared to lead the DC team in this next chapter.

"Seeing our team grow and come together as one has been an incredibly rewarding experience," said Bowers. "I am excited to continue fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment as we take on new challenges and opportunities."

Ami-Jo Mazur has been promoted to Director of Operations. Since joining 4Wall in April 2018 as Shop Foreman for the Orlando location, Ami quickly advanced to Operations Manager in 2019, where she has excelled in overseeing daily shop operations and ensuring seamless workflows. In her new role, she will continue leading the Orlando shop while expanding her responsibilities to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and consistency across the Southeast region, working closely with Operations Managers at multiple locations.

"Operations are the backbone of what we do at 4Wall, and I'm excited to step into this expanded role," said Mazur. "I look forward to working with our teams across the region to ensure we continue to deliver the best service possible."

"We are lucky to have people like Doug, Alicia, and Ami-Jo in the company," said Wes Bailey, CEO of 4Wall. "Each of them bring valuable skillsets to their respective new roles, but most importantly all of them focus on operational success while maintaining the culture and excellence we strive toward daily."
