    "I've been at 4Wall since December of 2015 and what I love most about working here is how 4Wall values their employees. I've never felt that I had to choose between my personal life and work because 4Wall prioritizes their employees' health and family. What I also love is how they keep the work environment fun with events such as the Chili Cook Off & Halloween Costume Contest.

    When I'm not at work, you can find me spending time with my family, like hanging out at the park or playing video games with my son. I also enjoy looking for the next place to eat, although, I almost always end up getting tacos - yum! I love food!"

    Sophie has worked for 4Wall since February 13, 2017. She has worked as an Electronics and LED Department Technician and is currently a Shop Lead. She enjoys attending Orioles baseball games with her co-workers to relax outside of work. Along the same lines, she enjoys the company-wide events like the contests and dress-up days. As part of her everyday job, Sophie gets to learn new gear, learn from her co-workers and pass her knowledge to fellow employees to make the team stronger. She feels 4Wall is different from her previous employers because of the employees' pride in the Company and the communication and support.

I have held multiple positions, from the Cable Department to Shop Foreman, and have been allowed new opportunities as our LA location grows. The fact that 4Wall believes in attention to detail is one of the reasons I've stuck around as long as I have! That coupled with a few good managers and some intelligent coworkers makes 4Wall a great place to work. Entertainment lighting is a fun industry, and there is always something new to learn!"
