RENTAL APPLICATIONS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Summary 

The Rental Applications Manager is responsible for the setup and design of the systems used for imaging and deployment for rental devices. They will be responsible for building and deploying standard and custom rack systems to all 4Wall locations. They are also responsible for providing technical support and assisting in training shop staff on the use of the imaging and deployment system, and the rack systems. They will assist in developing QC procedures for rental computers, tablets, servers, and rack systems. This role requires superior knowledge of imaging and deployment solutions.

Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high degree of readiness to support rental computers and mobile devices across the organization. 
  • Provide support and expertise to 4Wall Staff and Customers.
  • Create and provide training for staff in coordination with the integration team.
  • Collaborate with the integration team in creating SOPs for prep and maintenance of computers and mobile devices.
  • Assist with the creating of standard and custom rack systems for rental inventory.

Personal Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain 4Wall rental imaging and deployment devices for computers, servers, and mobile devices.
  • Design and build standard and custom racks for rental inventory.
  • Provide technical support to show sites for all equipment as needed.
  • Educate shop staff on proper procedures to QC servers, computers, and mobile devices.
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Team Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all team members maintain high customer relations.
  • Provides direction, coordination, and support to all team members, when appropriate. 
  • Actively encourage and participate with employee engagement and culture building initiatives. 
  • Communicate in a positive, informative, and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
  • Work in a safe manner per company policy and that meets OSHA standards and other governmental or regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of imaging and deployment solutions for rental devices.
  • Knowledge of vendors, distributors, and all other suppliers related to 4Wall.
  • Substantial knowledge of 4Wall equipment, processes, and procedures.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized.
  • Superior Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in organizational best practice implementation.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Physical Requirements

The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.

Availability

  • Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.

  • Position will require occasional travel.
