General Summary
CDL driver will be responsible for the efficient and timely transport of 4Wall equipment while providing excellent customer service per 4Wall quality standards and procedures. As a Trailer Stage Technician you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of trailer stages.

Organizational Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate per 4Wall quality standards in all work activities.
- Actively encourage and participate with employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Personal Responsibilities
CDL
- Drive DOT-regulated company vehicles to transport 4Wall equipment.
- Arrive on time for all drop-off/pick-up arrangements.
- Ability to comply with all DOT requirements, including driver qualification documents, medical card, safety, logging of hours, etc.
- Perform all safety and vehicle checks prior to driving the vehicle.
- Abide by all traffic and safety laws.
- Represent 4Wall professionally while dealing with customers onsite, over the phone, etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Operations Manager and/or Logistics Manager in a timely manner.
- With the team, successfully load/unload trucks, check-in and inspect returned equipment.
Trailer Stage Technician
- Responsible for operating, installation, and removal of hydraulic trailer stages. (4Wall will provide training)
- Responsible for maintaining of trailer stages, parts and including equipment for regular use.
- Willing and able to work in the warehouse/shop when no driving or trailer stage duties are available.
- Other duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Learn and work in other departments within the Shop as requested by the Operations Manager or Shop Foreman.
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations.
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor, Operations Manager, or General Manager.
Key Requirements:
- A current Class A Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
- A current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- Must have a solid work background, including recent consistent work experience employed as a commercial truck driver. Gaps must be explainable.
- Must have a positive attitude, be team-oriented and have great customer service skills.
- Experience in the entertainment lighting and video industry is highly preferred.
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs.; duties to include loading/unloading trucks and equipment at job sites.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly stand and walk. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must regularly push, pull, bend, climb, reach, twist, and kneel as well as lift and/or move 70 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include communication and visual acuity such as close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the employee will not be in a temperature-controlled work environment and may experience temperature variations due to local weather conditions.
Availability:
• Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
• Must be flexible and able to accommodate odd schedules such as split shifts and hours.

• No to minimal travel required.
