General Summary
The VP of LED Services is responsible for identifying LED product needs, conducting market research and competitor analysis, and integrating plans with the national asset management staff to bring new LED products to market. They are also responsible for the training and support of Production Managers at the National level. This role requires superior LED product knowledge to assist the sales and asset management staff regarding alternative product offerings and technical support. The VP will build a relationship with internal/external clients and strive to be a resource within the organization.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Maintained at a high degree or readiness to support LED products across the organization.
- Provide support and expertise to the road staff.
- Provide support and expertise to production managers in the selection of LED products and services for orders.
- Provide support and expertise in the manner of execution needed for LED projects.
- Provide training for staff in coordination with the integration team.
- Collaborate with the integration team in creating SOPs for prep and maintenance of LED equipment.
- Collaborate with the asset team regarding potential new product offerings.
- Coordinate with asset team in regards to national LED product availability.
- Assisting with creating or reviewing technical quotes with sales teams across the company.
Personal Responsibilities
- Assists with product strategy, including but not limited to:
- Being present at vendor meetings and new product launches as necessary
- Giving feedback and direction on equipment purchases
- Standardizing of companywide LED equipment
- Visits locations frequently to ensure product offering quality in all areas.
- Prepare regular reports, as requested.
- Assist with developing sales tools and product guides, as needed.
- Stay educated and informed on competitive developments and market trends.
- All other duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Ensure that all team members maintain high customer relations.
- Provides direction, coordination and support to all team members, when appropriate.
- Actively encourage and participate with employee engagement and culture building initiatives.
- Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Work in a safe manner per company policy and that meets OSHA standards and other governmental or regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of LED equipment including brands, uses, values, etc.
- Knowledge of vendors, distributors, and all other suppliers related to 4Wall.
- Substantial knowledge of 4Wall equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized.
- Superior Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel.
- In depth knowledge of Rental Works.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in organizational best practice implementation.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability:
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
