Inventory Control Associate

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for inventory processing including but not limited to ensuring all barcodes and 4Wall branding for their specific location are per the standard operations procedures and instruction of the Inventory Control Manager.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate per 4Wall quality standards in all work activities.
Personal Responsibilities
- Placing barcodes on new inventory
- Confirm accurate amounts of inventory are received
- Participate in the bi-annual physical inventory
- Processing intercompany equipment transfers within Rental Works, as needed
- Handling receiving discrepancies and damages
- Quality control on new cases to ensure stenciling is correct and up to specifications
- Collaborating with designated Brand Book “owner” on new stencil placements.
- Investigate discrepancies in inventory quantities
- All other duties that may be assigned
Team Responsibilities
- Maintain high internal staff relations.
- Work in a safe manner and report any work place hazards or safety concerns
- Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
Key Requirements
- Experience working in entertainment and event lighting, production or similar industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills in order to work well with the Company’s employees
- Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other microsoft based products in a fast paced environment.
- Must have ability to quickly learn the inventory control program.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly stand and walk. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must regularly push, pull, bend, climb, reach, twist, and kneel as well as lift and/or move 75-100 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include communication and visual acuity such as close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the employee will not be in a temperature-controlled work environment and may experience temperature variations due to local weather conditions.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
