General Summary
The Online Quote Manager will work with a team to manage rental quotes that are submitted through 4Wall.com. This will include inputting quotes within and inventory management system (Rental Works, RW), checking equipment availability, working with location sales managers, promptly responding to, and following up with clients, answering client questions, and turning confirmed quotes into orders within RW. Applicants should be able to work well within a cubicle environment, be able to stay on task throughout a workday, pay attention to small details, and work well with a team.

Organizational Responsibilities
- Providing excellent service to new and existing clients through continued communication to maintain and improve their relationship with the company
Personal Responsibilities
RentalWorks Skills:
- Ability to find products/I-codes and navigate ‘completes’ & ‘kits’.
- Ability to check and understand ‘availability’.
- Ability to write quotes/orders is a plus.
Rental Equipment Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of the different categories of lighting/video/rigging equipment that 4Wall carries.
- A good knowledge of any equipment 4Wall carries is a plus to answer client questions and suggest products.
Computer Skills:
- Ability to type on a keyboard at a decent pace.
- Ability to handle a heavy workflow of incoming/outgoing emails.
- Ability to learn an online control panel where you will manage online rental quotes with a team.
Team Responsibilities
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all clients and 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Ability to communicate and work with a team within Microsoft Teams and via phone.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor or General Manager
Key Requirements
- Familiarity with entertainment lighting, audio, and other special event equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized
- Superior Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations and meet deadlines and goals
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors, and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
