Network Technology Integration Manager

General Summary 

The Network Technology Integration Manager is responsible for the setup and design of network systems used for rentals and productions.  They are responsible for making recommendations to the national asset team for selecting network products to procure.  They will be responsible for building and deploying standard and custom rack systems to all 4Wall locations.  They are also responsible for providing technical support and assisting in training shop staff, PMs, Crew Chiefs, and Customers. They will assist in developing QC procedures for network systems and related technology, as well as support for all rental equipment as required. This role requires superior knowledge of network systems and protocols.

Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high degree of readiness to support network products across the organization. 
  • Provide support and expertise to 4Wall Staff and Customers.
  • Provide support and expertise to Agents and PMs in the selection of network products for orders.
  • Provide support and expertise in the manner of execution needed for networking projects.
  • Create and provide training for staff in coordination with the integration team.
  • Collaborate with the integration team in creating SOPs for prep and maintenance of network equipment.
  • Collaborate with the asset team regarding potential new product offerings.
  • Assisting with creating or reviewing technical quotes with sales teams across the company.

Personal Responsibilities

  • Build 4Wall standard racks.
  • Assist with Production Networks as needed.
  • Provide expertise and recommendations to Agents / PMs with quotes as needed.
  • Provide technical support to show sites for all equipment as needed.
  • Educate shop staff on proper procedures to QC network hardware.
  • Assist with all equipment operating over networks.
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Team Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all team members maintain high customer relations.
  • Provides direction, coordination, and support to all team members, when appropriate 
  • Actively encourage and participate with employee engagement and culture building initiatives 
  • Communicate in a positive, informative, and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees
  • Work in a safe manner per company policy and that meets OSHA standards and other governmental or regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of networking equipment including protocols, uses, values, etc.
    Knowledge of vendors, distributors, and all other suppliers related to 4Wall
    Substantial knowledge of 4Wall equipment, processes, and procedures.  
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized
    Superior Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel
    In depth knowledge of Rental Works
    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    Experience in organizational best practice implementation
    Demonstrated leadership and management skills

Physical Requirements

The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.

Availability

  • Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
