General summary
Under the direction of The Director of Systems Sales; the Project Sales Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the successful development of new systems sales. The Project Sales Coordinator will liaise between customers and internal teams to assist in the timely and successful creation of project & quotation documentation to meet customers’ needs and requests
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- In coordination with the Director of Systems Sales and National Project Director, plan and execute sales strategies for development of new Systems project opportunities
- Provide excellent service to Clients through continued communication to create, maintain and improve their relationship with the company
Personal Responsibilities
- Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives as determined with Director of Systems Sales and National Project Director
- Proactively pursuing sales opportunities
- Proactively participate in building strategic business relationships
- Coordination with customers and sales on complex projects from concept to completion
- Analyzing client needs, acquiring Vendor prices, assisting with contract documents and project closeout documents
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely entries, per company standards, into the Rental Works quotations system
- Coordinating outside sales services as required
- Other duties as assigned
Team Responsibilities
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Attend and participate in sales and project meetings
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor or General Manager
Key Requirements
- Previous experience with systems, sales and customer service or comparable years in upwardly mobile positions
- Ability to review drawings and perform takeoff of fixtures and lighting control components.
- Familiarity with entertainment lighting industry and other special event equipment
- Excellent written and verbal/phone communication skills
- Ability to review and understand lighting device cut sheets and review for cost factors
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized
- Strong Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to communicate clearly on technical details to Client’s level of understanding
- Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations and meet deadlines and goals
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, PDF editing and Internet navigation
- Autodesk or Vector Works experience is a plus
- Strong interest in career growth and advancement within the lighting industry of Systems Sales
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors, and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, aside from project jobsites, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be a Las Vegas resident or willing to relocated to Las Vegas, NV
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends when needed
