Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT/FINANCIAL ANALYST

General Summary
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for general accounting duties, monthly financial reporting and other KPI reporting as needed for executives
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Providing excellent service through continued communication with internal business partners
Personal Responsibilities
- Preparing journal entries
- Accounting for Fixed Assets
- Preparing Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Month-end closing processes
- Monthly financial reporting package preparation
- KPI (Key performance Indicators) reporting and analysis and adhoc reports
- Assist with annual budgeting and planning process and reporting.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses/research as required by management
- Other duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Attend and participate in Finance/Accounting meetings.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience (including Fixed Assets)
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Experienced and skilled in Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Knowledge of accounting software, MAS preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, sumif formulas, vlookup at a minimum.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Stable work background
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability:
- Must be available on-call in the evenings and weekends, as required.
