National Logistics Manager
NATIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER

General Summary
The National Logistics Manager has primary responsibility of creating, implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and best practices for all logistics functions of the copmany, including but not limited to trucking (internal and external), shipping, freight forwarding, and receiving.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate per 4Wall quality standards in all work activities.
- Develop, plan, and implement, in conjunction with RGMs and GMs, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and initiatives that help support and maintain compliance with federal laws pertaining to vehicles.
Personal Responsibilities
- Undergoing training and staying abreast of the rules and regulations of the DOT and FMCSA.
- Work with location Logistics Managers to ensure all drivers have the training and licenses required to operate their specific vehicles. Ensure all DOT regulations are being adhered to.
- Conducting inspections and safety audits in order ensure compliance with applicable vehicle, driver and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with HR on driver-related injuries and accidents, DOT-regulated random drug- and alcohol-testing, DOT physical/medical card authorizations, and new hire driver applications.
- Work with the Director of Safety and Facilities to ensure the Company Safety Policy is up-to-date with DOT and FMCSA regulations and guidelines and Company-specific policies and procedures regarding drivers and logistics
- Implement and maintain all driver qualification files; send reports to government agencies as necessary.
- Oversee all company vehicle purchases, maintenance, transfers, sales, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Provides direction, coordination and support to Logsitics Managers throughout the Company.
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to the Director of Safety and Facilities.
- Ensure that all employees, vendors, outside contractors, etc. are operating all job tasks, functions and equipment in a safe manner per company policy and that meets OSHA standards and other governmental or regulatory requirements. Ensure that employees feel comfortable reporting any work place hazards or safety concerns.
- Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
Key Requirements
- Exensice knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements.
- Previous experience working with drivers and logistics managers and maintaining compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Previous experience managing a fleet of trucks, including quality inspections and safety audits.
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of the internet, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn new software.
- Must have a positive attitude, be team-oriented and have great customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly stand and walk. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must regularly push, pull, bend, climb, reach, twist, and kneel as well as lift and/or move 50 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include communication and visual acuity such as close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the employee will not be in a temperature-controlled work environment and may experience temperature variations due to local weather conditions.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.

- Position will require up to 50% travel.
