General Summary
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for producing, editing and publishing video and photographic content for projects throughout the company, including the 4Wall website, quarterly Company internal newsletters, and press releases.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Producing video and photographic content that is up to 4Wall quality standards.
Personal Responsibilities
- Shooting video and photographic content
- Editing content to create a smooth end-product
- Publish content to various outlets
- Other duties as assigned
Team Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing team to determine content needs and brainstorm creative solutions to roadblocks
Key Requirements
- Must have prior experience producing and editing video and photographic content
- Associates degree in video editing or equivalent, preferred
- Ability to keep deadlines and produce quality work without direct supervision
- Ability to work independently and also work well within a team
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
