Sales Analyst


SALES ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION

FLSA Status: ExemptEEO Class: 2 - Professionals
Department: Sales 
Reports to: VP of Marketing and Sales
Servises: N/A

General Summary

The Sales Analyst is responsible for preparing sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals. Analyzes past sales data to determine trends in productivity. Assists in the development of sales goals and forecasts for the sales team.

Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service through continued communication with internal business partners
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to team members and management.

Personal Responsibilities

  • Prepares and distributes daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for the sales team and management
  • Analyzes and reports on historical trends and projections
  • Researches and evaluates current and future economic conditions that may affect sales of the Organization
  • Performing other required analysis, as assigned.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various team members and producing useful reports.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Team Responsibilities

  • Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees. 
  • Maintain the highest level of customer relations
  • Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor

Key Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business or sales analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence and work closely with others to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills including Excel, Power BI or similar report program experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in other Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives. 

Physical Requirements

The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.

Availability

  • Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
