Regional General Manager

General Summary
The Regional General Manager (RGM) will serve as the primary point of contact for their region and will also support General Managers in managing the day to day operation including sales and client relationships. RGM is fully responsible for the achievement of all location budgets within their region. RGM must be involved in the operating and financial goals of 4Wall Entertainment and act as the General manager, when necessary.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Report to 4Wall Entertainment on action plans related to business strategic plans.
- Plan, organize, facilitate, attend, and/or participate in various departmental meetings. Ensure compliance of operating procedures and policies.
- Coordinates liaison between region and headquarter to review achievements and discuss required changes in strategies and tactics utilized in achieving goals and objectives.
- Work closely with headquarters on any national Standard Operation Procedures and standards that need to be implemented, or employee related issues or needs.
Personal Responsibilities
- Ensure proper succession planning is in place for key position in coordination with HR.
- Manage execution of division budgets and revenue forecasts. Ensure staff are utilizing labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs. Oversees handling of key accounts.
- Responsible for managing, developing and implementing plans, programs, organizational structure, that achieves financial targets for the region including top-line revenue across all 4Wall revenue streams.
- Responsible for approving purchases and selection of assets and managing all ROI analyses.
- Comply with and exceed financial targets for the region. Work effectively with key stakeholders across locations and functions to simultaneously achieve and exceed financial target for the company.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine constraints and evaluate progress on mutually agreed goals and objectives.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Provides direction, coordination and support to regional support team, LSD's and LOM's in the region toward the attainment of company financial goals.
- Mentor GM and location teams with interviews, hiring, training, development, recommending performance evaluations, resolving problems, and recommending discipline and/or termination when appropriate of staff members when necessary and in accordance with 4Wall policies and applicable laws.
- Ensure that all managers run a smooth operation, maintenance and asset management. Ensures accountability from all direct reports in the region.
- Motivate and develop a strong sales environment in order to further drive business and excellence within each given market.
- Ensure that all team members maintain high customer relations.
- Actively encourage and participate with employee engagement and culture building initiatives
- Ensure that all employees, vendors, outside contractors, etc. are operating all job tasks, functions and equipment in a safe manner per company policy and that meets OSHA standards and other governmental or regulatory requirements. Ensure that employees feel comfortable reporting any work place hazards or safety concerns
- Communicate in a positive, informative and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience. Industry experience preferred.
- Computer literacy, franchise systems and financial management required.
- Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and appropriate professional image.
- Strategic visionary with analytical ability, good judgment and strong sales and operational focus.
- Knowledge of operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs and long range planning.
- Must possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong ability to speak with poise
- Must possess excellent training skills
- Must have exceptional leadership skills and ability to direct, coach, mentor, and develop all levels of employees.
- Must be a strong motivator, with ability to execute strategic direction for the company and influence others in support of the strategy
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability:
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
Position Location and/or Territory and Travel:
- Position will require travel up to 100+ days a year.

- Based on the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), management has analyzed this position and determined it to be exempt due to the Executive Exemption rule.
