General Summary
The Regional HR Admin will be an integral part of the Human Resources team is responsible for supporting the assigned locations with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and relations, performance management, and other HR administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Be a resources for all employees
- Responds to all inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Personal Responsibilities
- Managing job requisition process and ensuring all approvals are in place
- Opening requisitions on Dayforce and posting job ads to various job boards
- Managing applicants from initial submission to closing of the job.
- Helping to schedule interviews with hiring manager and candidates
- Onboarding including processing new hire paperwork, sending “Welcome” email prior to start, and ensuring employee feels welcomed.
- Processing changes within HRIS system including pay changes, position changes, etc.
- Processing terminations including termination letters, final check, and other procedures.
- Keeping SVP of HR abreast of happenings, good, bad, and ugly for locations and coordinating on issues of discrimination, harassment, and terminations
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives
- Identifying and remedying issues that may be violations of policies, procedures, laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Actively participate in HR group phone calls
- Develop and recommend new and improved processes for the Human Resources team.
- Provide outstanding service at all times, both to internal and external customers
- Proactively build great working relationships with employees of all levels of the organization
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Support a fun and consistent working environment for the team
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Familiarity with all employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
- Takes the initiative, shows confidence, drive and enthusiasm

Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability:
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.

- Position will require travel on occasion
