General Summary
The Road Staff/Crew Chief II has primary responsibility for supporting all 4Wall clients which requires excellent organizational skills and providing the very best customer service.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate per 4Wall quality standards in all work activities
- Represent 4Wall in a professional manner while on the road or at events
Personal Responsibilities
- Providing support to 4Wall clients as required per the show in the role of Crew Chief, Programmer, or Lead Technician.
- Working independently without supervision as a seamless part of the client’s team.
- When not working on a show, will be responsible for providing client support on projects including CAD, show prep, rehearsal management, etc.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lead Technician, programmer, and/ crew chief.
- Understanding and knowledge of theatrical lighting, staging, rigging, and entertainment equipment is required.
- Experience in entertainment lighting industry is required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to self-motivate and work without supervision
- Must have good computer skills and take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repair
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.

- Must be available to work, as needed, as determined by 4Wall.
