E-COMMERCE MANAGER

General summary
The E-Commerce Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the E-Commerce department of 4Wall with a significant online presence.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Maintain and update pricing, quantities, and item details
Personal Responsibilities
- Creating website listings of e-commerce products.
- Research manufacturer and industry websites for product details
- Compare online pricing between company items and those of competitors
- Take quality photos of equipment to place on web
- Work with third party vendors to broker listings on company site, and maintain them
- All other duties that may be assigned to you by management
Team Responsibilities
- Work with E-commerce Manager and Sales team to identify sales opportunities within e-commerce database
Key Requirements
- Advanced computer literacy including previous work on website control panels (i.e. wordpress). No HTML programming skills required
- Microsoft Office familiarity, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- High level writing skills, including grammar, punctuation, and composition
- Background in photography a plus
- Ability to work independently with a focus on data entry
- Ability to work in a bullpen environment as part of a team
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
