General Summary
The IT Director position requires a proven track record of leadership in technology management, including excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Responsibilites of this position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
Personal Responsibilities
- Managing the tactical, strategic, and overall operations of the IT department.
- Working with the firm’s senior IT team to help plan and coordinate both short- and long-term systems strategy and implementation.
- Serving as a liaison between nontechnical business units and IT, communicating technical information and plans.
- Overseeing the department’s hiring, promotion, and review processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 10 to 15 years of increasing responsibility are requirements for the job.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 21+ years of age.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office for Windows and Mac, Outlook, mobile devices, and desktop systems and servers.
- Strong ERP knowledge and experience required.
- General knowledge of laws, acts, and standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, and PCI compliance.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other managment directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
