General summary
The Integration Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth integration of newly acquired companies in an effective and efficient manner. This includes pre and post close activities. In addition, the Integration manager is responsible for integrations activities in existing 4Wall locations and maintaining the Brand Book.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Integration on acquisition objectives and strategies.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality prior to announcement of acquisition.
- Ensure consistency with 4Wall brand standards in all work.
- Ensure company’s reputation and corporate values are upheld and enhanced with newly acquired companies.
Personal Responsibilities
- Assist with acquisition related activites.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of shop and facility operations of acquisition targets, including but not limited to fixture conditions, prep procedures, department structures, repair facilities and capabilities, etc.
- Create action plans for integration of shop facility and path to adherence of 4Wall standards
- Organize equipment movement plans for acquired companies being rolled into current 4Wall locations
- Ensure facility standards are met to allow proper equipment testing (power, etc.)
- Give input on facility and department layouts for both new and existing 4Wall facilities during integration
- Create plans for any facility clean up or transfer projects that must be executed
- Implement 4Wall workflows for staging, check-out, and check-in inside new facilities
- Ensure all facility team members have been properly trained on all QA and operational standards
- Conduct evaluations of 4Wall facilities to confirm procedures are being followed.
- Document and instruct shop on proper QC procedures.
- Document and assist shop with equipment branding.
- Other duties as assigned.
Team Responsibilities
- Regularly participate in acquisition meetings, company events and initiatives
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Project management experience
- Substantial knowledge of 4Wall equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized
- Superior Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to plan, organize and implement processes which drive revenue
- Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations and meet deadlines and goals
- Strong PC skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
- High degree of initiative with an ability to work independently.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Availability:
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
Position Location and/or Territory and Travel:
- Position will require up to 75% travel
